• The work has not previously been published in any other journal;
• The article is not under consideration in any other journal;
• All co-authors agree to the publication of the article;
• There is implicit or explicit consent from the organization where the study was conducted.

When submitting a manuscript to a journal, authors should ensure that all citations are properly formatted and that the sources of tables and figures are indicated (unless otherwise noted, tables and figures are assumed to have been created by the author).

• Title of the manuscript
• Last name, initials of all authors
• The full name of the institution in which each author works, in the nominative case, with the obligatory indication of the status of the organization, city, and country.

If there are several authors, a digital index is assigned to each name and the corresponding institution. If all the authors of the article work in the same organization, it is enough to indicate the institution once. If the author has several places of work, each is indicated by a separate digital index.

The text of the article is submitted in Microsoft Office Word 2003 or 2007 format (.DOC or .DOCX format). Automatic word hyphenation cannot be used. At the end of the article, information about the authors is provided. The volume of the manuscript, taking into account tables, illustrations, and a list of sources, is 5-10 pages. Articles of larger length are published only in agreement with the editorial board.

It is advisable to adhere to the IMRaD format (Introduction, methods, results, discussion)

All abbreviations must be defined upon first use. If an article contains a large number of abbreviations, a list explaining each of them may be included before the text of the article

All tables and figures must be numbered and labeled, and they must be referenced in the text. Tables must not contain empty columns.
Drawings must be of good quality, suitable for printing.
One way to check the quality of an image is to increase its size using any image processing software. High quality images are not blurred or distorted when enlarged. The numbers and names of figures are indicated below the figures, the numbers and names of tables are indicated above the tables (without the No. sign). In tables, font size is 12, line spacing is 1.0.

If necessary, use footnotes with continuous numbering (Arabic numerals) throughout the document. Footnotes may be citations from works mentioned in the text for additional information. Links to such types of sources as archival, regulatory, journalistic, reference, dictionaries, abstracts of dissertations, etc. are formatted within the text of the article with subscript links – footnotes.

The originality of the article must be at least 70% - this is the sum of the indicators “originality”, “citation”, “self-citation” in the Anti-Plagiarism system. Articles with detected suspicious text (suspicious text generated by artificial intelligence) will not be published.

The bibliography includes only peer-reviewed sources (articles from scientific journals and monographs) used in the text. If you need to cite an article published in a regular newspaper or text published on a website or blog, you should include the source information in a footnote.
We recommend not using links that have been accepted for publication but articles that have not yet been published. Information from unpublished sources should be marked as “unpublished data/documents” and authors should also obtain written confirmation of the use of such materials.
