Abstract. The analysis of satisfaction of managers of physical culture and sports with the system of public administration is presented. The analyzed data have shown that the satisfaction of managers is influenced by complex factors concerning the solution of issues of practical support of the process of sports training. The possible presence of regional peculiarities in the system of state management of physical culture and sports is revealed, which means that the additional analysis and assessment of the management system in these regions is required.
