HOW MOTOR ACTIVITY AFFECTS THE QUALITY OF REST

Abstract. The article observes the inextricable link between physical activity and sleep quality and their impact on good health. The benefits of daily routine and its effect on healthy lifestyle are explored. The consequences of poor sleep for a person's general health status are analyzed. Special attention is paid to choosing the best time for physical activity, and also the impact of regular, well-planned physical activity on sleep quality is revealed.
