THE BENEFITS OF JOGGING FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH

Abstract. The article addresses jogging as an effective way to improve health and prevent diseases. Theoretical and practical aspects of jogging are considered: the concept itself, its benefits, tips for beginners, most appropriate time of the day for jogging, sportswear selection, as well as limitations and contraindictions. The results of the study confirm that regular jogging improves physical and psychological well-being, enhances immunity and quality of life.
